Santa!!!

We had kind of decided not to do Santa pics this year. Mainly because we just didn't have time to go wait in line forever, and also because we knew it wouldn't be fun for Reese. We were wondering about Ava too, since last year she decided to be SUPER shy of Santa when it was our turn! Ava hadn't asked about going to sit on Santa's lap this year, so we just decided it would be ok to skip it.
We were on our way out the door to go shopping when a friend told us that Santa was at Home Depot until noon that day, with no lines! We headed over for a few quick pictures before doing our shopping. When we got there, Santa was on break, so we just walked around Home Depot for a bit. I saw Santa walking from across the store and said "Ava, look!!!" She squealed!! She was so excited!! When he made his way to us, he stopped and said. "Hello!" Ava just started babbling all this stuff she wanted for Christmas. It was so funny! Reese....was so scared of him! She wouldn't even LOOK at him!! She held on to Daddy tight. We snapped a few pictures of Ava first, then Raf sat Reese down for a few pictures. She actually didn't cry at first, but once she figured out what was going on, she lost it! Poor kid! She did take a candy cane from Santa and warmed up enough to give him a high 5 before we left.

 Reese didn't cease to glare at Santa, even after he gave her candy!
