Miscellaneous August pictures!

California!!

We made our annual trip to California! We decided to drive halfway and stay at a hotel this time around. Driving straight through was to hard for us last year. The girls had a prerequisite that the hotel has to have a pool, so we made sure that happened! It was a much easier road trip for all of us with the break. It was a relaxing vacation, and we pretty much spent most of the time just hanging out at Grandma & Grandpa's.

 We took a trip to the Disney store at the mall!

 We went to eat at Grandpa's restaurant. Reese fell asleep in the car on the way there, and stayed asleep all the way through lunch!

 Valerie loves guacamole!! She was eating forks full of it!

 This picture cracks me up! Valerie was tired and not happy about a picture at this moment. She accidentally kicked Reese's head, and then Reese was crying too. Haha!

 Beandoozled! Ava and Reese had seen this on Youtube and were so excited to try it! You don't know before you taste the jelly bean if it's a sweet one, or a gross one! These girls were so funny!!

Bowling!

We went bowling for the first time today with dome friends! We loved this nifty little contraption they have for kids to roll the ball! Ava and Reese loved it!

Reading with Grandma!

Look at all these cozy toes! The girls love having Grandma read to them. Usually it's Valerie that grabs a book from Grandma's cabinet and crawls up on her chair for a story, but sometimes Grandma gets overwhelmed by 30 little toes!

Happy Anniversary to us!!

12 years strong!! Grandma babysat today and we took a road trip up to a park by Mount Rainier. We brought our tripod and took lots of selfies!
 I love this boy more and more every day! I really do feel like I am the luckiest girl alive. He is such an amazing Daddy and husband. I can count on one hand how many times we have actually had a fight or legitimate argument. He is my partner in every aspect of my life, and we go about absolutely everything together. I LOVE YOU RAFAEL!! Happy Anniversary!!
