Reese was pretty open to the idea of scary stuff. She would only really get scared when Ava did, and even then, it wasn't as much. I guess Reese knew if she was going to get that candy, she had to go to the door!
Ava's favorite movie is "The nightmare before Christmas." We found a Jack Skellington shirt at the store. She was SO excited! The kids were not allowed to wear costumes to school on Halloween, so this was the closest we came to a costume for school. :) She looked so cute!!
RAWR!!
There were a few houses in our neighborhood that put up TONS of decorations. Ava would ask me to drive by slowly every day on the way home so she could see. She thought the houses were SO cool!!! BUT when it came down to trick-or-treating at those houses, it was a no go. One of the people even came out to the sidewalk to give Ava her candy because Ava wouldn't even go in the driveway!!
My little ladybug had to stop to pick what was left of any flowers…
Reese was so concerned about this skeleton hanging from this tree! She said "OH NO!!!" I think because he was all broken apart and not in one piece like our skeleton at home. :)
