We had such a fun party! We did a purple theme. Everything came together great! I was able to find LOTS of purple stuff! Taffy, yogurt covered pretzels, homemade suckers, blueberries, shasta, flowers...all purple! It was great! We had a family party at our house on Saturday, just before noon. Reese doesn't usually do too well with big groups of people. She is usually really clingy and wont let me put her down. She did really well!! It was like a normal day for her and she walked around all over. YAY!! We got a whole bunch of pizza and watched Reese tear apart her cake! She mangled it, but not quite as much as we expected. Reese is definitely our "sweets" kid! She caked herself up enough to warrant a quick bath before her presents. :)
At age one, Reese is walking all over the place and saying "uh oh!" She will also occasionally say "Hiiiiii" and waves bye bye! :) She gets a grin on her face when I walk in the room that absolutley melts my heart!!! I am so incredibly in love with her!! Happy Birthday Reese!!!! Mommy and Daddy LOVE you!
We also celebrated Grandma's birthday the same day. Happy Birthday Momma! We love you!! :)
